Business Hours:

Monday-Friday - 10:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

We are open on Saturdays by appointment only. Our Internet Web site is open 24 hours a day. Most inquiries will be returned shortly during business hours. All inquiries sent over the weekend or on a holiday will be responded to the following business day. All Internet orders are processed and filled in the order they are received.

Internet order processing allows to keep costs down and run more efficiently. This policy allows us to pass on the savings to our customers. Compared to other shops, you will find that our internet sale prices reflect an additional discount to make your online purchase worthwhile.

We also understand that some people still prefer to talk to a live person when purchasing online. You can reach us by telephone at (951) 591-0338 during regular business hours.

Please note that special internet pricing does not apply for telephone orders.

Order Status Checks:
A final order confirmation is e-mailed once your order ships out. We often provide an "estimated" lead time when an order is placed. Most items in stock will be shipped the same day that payment is received. UPS ground delivery service will usually take 3-5 business days to deliver your order. We make every effort to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Although we keep many popular items in stock, certain items not in stock will need to be special ordered and may take 5-10 business days before we receive your products from the manufacturers.

Also, keep in mind this is not a mega store, so items do get sold out occasionally, so...
IF YOU NEED SOMETHING URGENTLY, E-MAIL US FIRST TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE IT IN STOCK.

Rush shipping is available at additional cost.
HOWEVER, YOU MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS IN ADVANCE!!! DONT EXPECT US TO RUSH SHIP AN ITEM BY NEXT DAY AIR IF YOU NEVER TOLD US TO!

As soon as the item comes in, it will be shipped immediately. So please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery of parts that are not in stock. If an item is backordered, we will let you know right away. Our sales staff will send e-mail(s) with tracking numbers for 90% of all orders within 24-48 hours of the order leaving our store.
